Description

  The hot shear production line for multiple long aluminum rods integrates thermal engineering, machinery, automatic control, hydraulic pressure, sensing and temperature measurement. The automatic hot shearing machine has almost zero failure, the shearing section is flat and the deformation is small. The rod furnace is highly efficient and energy-saving, with low energy  consumption. Easy to operate, easy to learn and use, with self-test function.

1. Full-scale burner: Industrial energy-saving burners are adopted, and the thermal efficiency of natural gas combustion is close to 100%. While the thermal efficiency of conventional Belden burners is about 70%, this burner has absolute energy-saving advantages.

2. Flue gas reuse: use the chimney flue gas to preheat the combustion-supporting air, improve combustion efficiency, and effectively save fuel. According to statistics, heating by preheating air  can save 5~10% of gas value. The exhaust gas temperature of the chimney is about 200° C.
3. Built-in air duct: most of the hot gas circulation air duct is built in the furnace to minimize external heat loss, and use frequency converter to convert frequency, and the fan operates at full power during high fire to achieve fast heating and high efficiency. , reduce the speed of the fan, slow down the hot air circulation in the furnace, achieve the effect of reducing the heat loss in  the furnace, and achieve the effect of energy saving.
4. The structure of the inner and outer sealing plates of the furnace: the outer sealing plate is sealed with a 5mm carbon steel plate, which is a fully enclosed structure. The inner linings are all made of 3mm stainless steel plate integrated fully enclosed structure, which reduces heat loss and achieves energy saving effect.
5. Insulation system of furnace body: ceramic fiber board is used as the integral heat insulation board, and the rest is made of first-grade aluminum silicate fiber cotton, and the thickness of the  insulation layer reaches 400mm. The nano-insulation coating is used to coat the insulation layer to effectively block heat transfer.
6. Furnace body surface temperature: ≤ ambient temperature +5°C.
7. Rod moving system: Adopt the latest structural design, move the rod to achieve zero failure, ensure the reliability of the rod furnace, reduce the traditional way of pushing the rod, and  reduce the heat generated by opening large holes without opening large holes in the bottom of the furnace, reducing heat dissipation To achieve energy saving effect.
8. Electrical system: The electrical system of the whole rod furnace is fully automated through PLC, with low labor intensity. After more than 10 years of experience accumulation and technical  improvement, the reliability and safety are quite high. Intelligent human-machine interface function: display the real-time working status of the multi-rod hot shearing production line. Display whether the hydraulic system, burner, fan, etc. are normal, display the real-time furnace temperature status, and automatically calculate the number of extruded aluminum rods per shift, which is convenient for statistics. Fault automatic alarm and display, convenient for self-inspection. In addition, various troubleshooting methods are stored in the man-machine interface, which can check whether each travel switch, proximity switch and magnetic switch are in place.
9. Explosion-proof system: There is a special explosion-proof port on the top of the furnace, which can instantly release the pressure in the furnace and improve the safety of the rod furnace.
