2. Flue gas reuse: use the chimney flue gas to preheat the combustion-supporting air, improve combustion efficiency, and effectively save fuel. According to statistics, heating by preheating air can save 5~10% of gas value. The exhaust gas temperature of the chimney is about 200° C.
3. 4. The structure of the inner and outer sealing plates of the furnace: the outer sealing plate is sealed with a 5mm carbon steel plate, which is a fully enclosed structure. The inner linings are all made of 3mm stainless steel plate integrated fully enclosed structure, which reduces heat loss and achieves energy saving effect.
5. Insulation system of furnace body: ceramic fiber board is used as the integral heat insulation board, and the rest is made of first-grade aluminum silicate fiber cotton, and the thickness of the insulation layer reaches 400mm.
